More Food Porn

The Hello Fresh salmon and bok choi with garlic and ginger on top of soy rice with a wasabi lime mayo drizzle

It was easier to cook both filets at the same time so with the leftover one, I mixed the cooled filet with the rest of the wasabi lime mayo and put it on top of the leftover cooled rice and put it in the fridge. Before I put it in my lunch bag, I'll put some matchstick carrots and sliced avocado on top for a yummy sushi bowl.

I don't want any of the food I ordered to go to waste so tomorrow night I need to make meatballs with the ground beef and ricotta they sent last Friday. The last of the boxes arrives tomorrow so Saturday will bring shrimp and grits. Even if I'd intended to keep up with these food delivery services, I got wayyyy too ambitious about how much I wanted to cook.

It sounds like a good time to me. My favorite times was when Chef would produce a mystery basket and tell us to have at it. those were such fun times. This looks very yummy! :D
