Dine's Food Diary - Day 4

AKA - Tummy Recovery Day. As of right now, things are mostly better but I didn't have much appetite and was wary of eating much or drinking any coffee.

Morning weight - 198.5. Surprising to me considering the previous night of stomach upset.

Breakfast - a couple of slices of white oat toast, one with a little Brummel & Brown buttery spread, the other with some crunchy peanut butter. I only finished 2/3 of the PB piece

Mid morning snack on a trip to Target before going to work. I was wary of drinking coffee but knew I needed some caffeine so I got a matcha latte. It did the trick

Lunch - homemade onigiri with brown sushi rice, sesame seeds, leftover salmon from the previous dinner (mixed with some mayo and a bit of sesame oil)

Afternoon snack - carrots and lite dip. Didn't finish the dip but I have 5 other packs to use up. It was ok

"Dinner" was spread out over a couple of hours to make sure the tummy was ok. The rest of the onigiri I'd made that morning, a whipped yogurt (the strawberry was a little too sweet) and a few peanut butter filled pretzels

Midnight snack - I was finally feeling kind of hungry

The tummy is mostly better today though I have been feeling generally bleh. Makes me wonder if maybe I actually had/have a low grade virus or something rather than it being any of the food that previous night. Hmmm

*hugs* Thanks. I knew I had to eat so I made safe choices

Trader Joe's has the BEST PB filled pretzels.

Emily used to have "cheese o' clock" at her former workplace. Heh.
