Dine's Food Diary - Day 5

Just a few more days. Not doing too badly.

11/15 morning weight: 197.5


Early pre-breakfast snack - coffee with half and half, splenda and a tsp-ish of sugar, two mini chocolate hazelnut biscotti. Finished half the coffee.



Breakfast bought at the deli next to the laundromat - egg whites on a roll (yes, I did get it Jersey Style - saltpepperketchup) and small coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee was a bit sweet so I only finished about 1/2.


Late morning snack - matcha latte. I finished this. Maybe I should ponder changing to tea for a while.


Lunch - Frozen Trader Joe's asian veggies using half the enclosed packet of the sauce. Added shrimp, because shrimp. Alas, I had to fish out the snap peas and toss them out because they didn't take the strings off. Boo.


Afternoon snack - two pieces of homemade dark chocolate and macadamia bark


Dinner - vegan Beyond Burger on rosemary ciabatta roll with dill pickle and a smear of Just Mayo


Midnight snack - a few peanut butter filled pretzel bites.
