The Friday Five - Bedtime

1. What size (twin, full, etc.) is your bed?
Full - though with space at a premium and only the cats for company, I wish I just had a twin

2. How many pillows do you sleep with?
Generally two. One for under my head, the other between my knees

3. Do you have a weighted blanket? If so, does it help you?
Lawd no. I get overheated so quickly and sometimes on cold nights, only use a sheet.

4. Do you sleep with any stuffed animals?
Sometimes my kitties are pretty full!

5. Do you have to have the TV on to go to sleep?
No. Sometimes when I'm trying to sleep and having a hard time, I'll play ASMR videos on my iPad.

1 Queen size. I still habitually sleep on the same side.

2. My head goes on my buckwheat pillow. I also have a standard pillow which I get comfy on (under my knees or as a smaller body pillow. And one little decorative one.

3. No, though sometimes it feels that way.

4. Not these days. My stuffies live in my front room in a cute little wall hammock.

5. No.But sometimes it tires me out.

I had a tv in my bedroom since I was a teenager. I’ve never been able to fall asleep with it on. When we bought our latest house we decided not to put a tv in the bedroom. I missed it for the first time this weekend. Both the husband and I came down with something between a cold and the flu and it would have been easier and more comfortable to have been able to watch tv between sleeping.
